A shot of the fire that swept through Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast on the weekend. The cause is as yet unknown, this shot was taken from the front yard of a house as the fire moved away from it. A lot of worried people were a two lane road away from losing their properties at one point. Luckily no one was lost in the blaze.

I live a few blocks from the scene of the fire and I had ash and embers all over the yard. We were all lucky that further fires didn't start from embers in the wind.
